This Sunday my 17 y/o son had his final Board of Review and is now officially an Eagle Scout.
The really cool thing is that he is working Staff at the Boy Scout Camp and completed it while down there.

That’s cool, all his hard work will make him a better man and follow him through life. Congratulations.
You probably know this but Eagle Scouts get free or reduce tuitions at a lot of schools.
It will get him quite a bit of money towards school.
It also opens up some other competitive scholarship opportunities for him.
Hey, the local news was just talking about the train crash and there were some scouts on board that help administer first aid. That was pretty cool.
I saw the headline, have not read the story yet.
