Most dangerous bread

I was wondering what are the safest and most dangerous breads. I noticed that even some whole wheat products have some preservatives and can go a month and still not spoil from mold yet some white breads may spoil 7-10 days after being purchased. It seems like the cheapest products also take the longest shelf life

So while there’s a focus on having whole grains instead of refined white that has the vitamins out, there doesn’t seem to be the same focus on how long or short the shelf life of a product might be with the shorter shelf life being better

Also when I look at the label of a white vs whole grain, I sometimes see the same amount of dietary fiber maybe 1g more for the whole wheat

Moisture content is a big factor in how quickly it spoils. The more dry it is, the longer it avoid spoiling.
