My mother in law did ours the first several years of our marraige.
She had software that allowed a certain amount of filings so she did our, both of my wifes grandmas, and my sister in laws.
KC is retired, and pretty good with software, his daughter is a full time nurse and a single mom.
This is normal behavior.
