This is about how the floor was done on my old house 90 year old house. It lasted about 90 years before I cut it out and redid it. If it lasted 90 years the first time, with a larger rock and a treated 4x4 it should last 100 years. So that is exactly what I did.
If it was in Alaska I’d give it 3-4 years at most, in California maybe 6 or seven.
