Male is a biological designation. That can’t be changed.

Public restrooms often have tampons. Some are unisex.
That’s too bad. He should have. Even if he’s a straight guy, he may have a wife and daughter someday and male ignorance about menstruation isn’t a good thing.

True, but these naive boys parrot is worried about will likely have used such restrooms. I don’t see the harm in their being exposed to the existence of tampons.
