@Payless - I havenāt heard the term proctologist in years. It is the former name for a colorectal surgeon but the name of that specialty was changed decades ago because a colorectal surgeon is trained to do more than a proctologist was qualified to do and has to a complete a fellowship in colorectal surgery after completing a residency in surgery.
Just remembered seeing this joke in a book that I had. It was a book of Tasteless jokes.
